No. Slimfits is not a traditional diet. While we do use a structured meal approach at the beginning, it’s built to transition you into  calm, confident eating habits -without food guilt.

Most women lose between 5–15kg over 10 weeks, depending on their consistency and individual starting point. But the deeper win? A more peaceful relationship with food and yourself.
