What is Slimfits?
Slimfits is not just another diet—it’s a deep, respectful, and results-driven transformation for the frum woman who wants more than just weight loss. You’ll be guided step-by-step through a powerful blend of structured eating, mindset coaching, emotional healing, and personal accountability—all in a program designed to fit into real frum life (Shabbos, simchas and all).

The programs will be held three times a year.
- After Sukkos (12 November 2025 – 21 Cheshvan 5786): Right after the yomim tovim, as the days get shorter and winter begins, it’s the ideal moment to focus on self-care and keeping your energy steady.
- After Pesach (22nd April -5th Nissan 5786) : Two weeks after Pesach is the perfect time to reset, give yourself some self-care, and step into spring feeling lighter and more energized.
- Summer before Yomim Tovim (5th August -22nd Av 5786): Even in the busy lead-up to the Yomim Tovim, you can manage yourself with balance — so you enter the season feeling strong and calm.

I always knew that the same tools I use as an NLP Transformational coach could also be powerful for weight loss but I wasn’t sure how to bring it all together.
At one point I joined a 10-week program that gave me a taste of structured progress - I lost 20 kilos about 44 lbs in 7 months and have maintained it, but it didn’t go well with our frum lifestyle and values. That experience helped spark an idea: What if I could create something that combined the clarity of structure with the depth of mindset work in a way that really goes with the life of a frum women?
